Clive Dixon joins The White Oak at Cookham

Katherine and Henry are delighted to welcome Clive Dixon as chef patron at The White Oak. As well as earning his first Michelin star at the age of 23 at the Lords of The Manor Hotel (Cotswolds), he has worked with some of the UK’s leading chefs including Heston Blumenthal, Pierre Koffman and David Everitt-Matthias. Clive brings a wealth of experience to The White Oak, offering diners a regularly changing, simple menu that showcases his passion for the finest British ingredients.
